Today I am announcing rapid fitness the relaunch of my fitness program simple habit shape, with two great things that I'm excited :

I will go into more detail below two new things, but I must first tell you what fitness is simple habit . This is a rapid fitness program launched earlier this year with an impressive group of fitness experts , including :

The program is $ 15 per month. We have rapid fitness recently relaunched the forums, we started a new monthly podcast, add links to the email week , adding an answered all questions on the forum where you can ask questions to me or the functionality of a our guest experts every two weeks .

SFH Holiday Challenge
We recently announced our rental members SFH challenge, and today I share with you.

What is the challenge ? Basically rapid fitness, follow the rules created for staying healthy during the holidays - not win all that weight on vacation, and maybe get slimmer and healthier in the process.

How does it work rapid fitness?

Choose a food habit . We have several suggestions, no white in our diet to a vegan diet conscious food , but what you choose is up to you .
Choose an exercise challenge. Again, this is for you, even if we have a few suggestions here .
Take a public engagement. Promote large .
Remain responsible . Check daily or as often as you have time for. This will help you meet the challenge.

Fixed Discipline: e -book on dating habits
I just finished an ebook to stick to habits and find the motivation to exercise and diet changes : Discipline , Determined .

My 50 - Mile Race
Speaking of challenges , I run the 50 - mile North Face Endurance Challenge tomorrow ( Saturday, December 7th ) with my friend Scott. I've never run a 50 mile before so I have no idea if I 'll finish , but rapid fitness I hope to have a good time anyway. It will not run fast - just enjoy the sights and conversations.

My main motivations rapid fitness :

To show my children that you do not have to be afraid of fear, difficult challenges .
To learn more about meditation in motion.
To provide inspiration for you, dear reader , rapid fitness others have inspired me.
So I think of you all tomorrow . With a smile on my face.
